Hurricane Isabel (2003)

Eye Landfall at Atlantic, North Carolina:
DOW2, DOW3, and the Rapid-DOW were deployed in a triangle which was crossed by the eye at landfall in the Atlantic-Sea Level-Cedar Island region. Very high resolution data in small-scale boundary layer rolls was collected, as well as data over the TTU tower at a range of 4 km from DOW3.
